I have other Hartt boots but I really love this pair. My other boots are far more dressy and the trade off of these boots is that you lose a bit of super fine finish of a dressier boot. These are almost too casual for business casual. These were comfortable right away and you can tell they can take a beating. I had some beeswax leather conditioner that I applied to them before wearing them. It darkened the leather a little bit, but I like the look of it. I'm excited to get these boots dirty this spring.
Saphir Mirror Gloss works wonders. When worked in, the gloss is fantastic. It now has a permanent spot in my shoe polishing kit (for military oxfords).

This is a high quality leather shoe. The details are incredible, from the shoe itself to the care displayed in the packaging. The shoe came with silk lined shoe bags and shoe trees. The note found in the box was also a lovely touch. The sign of elegance is found in the details, and the Heartt Shoe Company certainly met the occasion.
