The Saphir Médaille d'Or Mirror Gloss Wax Polish is an all-natural polish with a high concentration of hard waxes that produce a mirror-gloss shine. Saphir's Mirror Gloss Polish blends waxes including montan, carnauba, and beeswax to produce a wax polish of superior quality that achieves a world-class mirror finish.

How to use Saphir Mirror Gloss Wax Polish:

Take a clean area of your cloth, wet it, and begin massaging wax on to hard countered areas of the shoe (toe box and heels). Once dry, add more water to your cloth and lightly buff in circular motions to work through the wax clouding. Repeat these same steps three to five times. 

The amount of layers of wax to apply depends on the shoe you’re starting with. If this is your first time using mirror gloss, you’re going to need more layers to create a solid wax foundation. If you’ve kept your shoes in good shape using this wax several times before, you won’t need to use as many layers. It is also dependent on personal preference of how glossy of a shine you are content with.

The Saphir products are by far superior in quality and efficiency than other cheaper brands. It takes less effort to build a good protective layer of wax.

It goes without saying that if anyone looks forward to getting quality leather, they should consider quality care products as well. You really get what you pay for. I do recommend.

For the purpose of achieving a mirror shine, saphir mirror gloss is by far the best.

I bought a few colours and their corresponding waxes polishes. It definitely adds a proper shine and care to the shoe unlike other products. I used them for the entire show care process (condition, colour, wax). For the purpose of achieving a mirror shine, saphir mirror gloss is by far the best. It reduced the time it takes to add a mirror shine drastically. All that’s left now, is to purchase the remaining colours and waxes.

The Saphir creme and polish I ordered was easy to apply and the finish turned out fantastic. I did find the products a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
