Beaverbrook Oxford Dress Shoe - Black

Elegant, classic, quality shoe. Well made with attention to detail. Fine leather and construction throughout. I have a very hard time finding dress shoes in my size so was nervous about fit when ordering. When they arrived, I eagerly tried them on, finding a minor effort to step into them, with some work with a shoehorn, they slipped on and I was amazed by the fit. Snug but room in the toe box, true to size, the last produced an wonderfully comfortable and stylish fit. The leather and suede lining adds to the comfort and quality. The shoe trees and laces are also great quality. I expect once the welt is broken in, the comfort will only improve. They took a shine with little effort. Very pleased, I'm sure they will provide years of great service.

Their customer service was also on point. Aside from these being an investment in my wardrobe, I had also intended on wearing these shoes to an event. I had procrastinated in placing my order and it was touch and go on whether I would receive them in time for the event. I emailed the office and asked if I could pick up the shoes in person at the Hartt Shoe Company office and they made it happen with absolutely no hassle for me.
